Clinical Support
My ideal client may be struggling with ADHD, emerging adulthood, identity, life transitions and career concerns that have kept them stuck. They may have anxiety and/or depression which negatively impacts the relationship with themselves and others but are wanting to feel more empowered in life. I support individuals seeking to improve and deepen the quality of the relationship to self and others

Executive Functions Support
My ideal client suspects they may have inattention, hyperactivity and/or impulsivity, that reaches the level of an ADHD diagnosis but have yet to seek one. You may have been recently diagnosed or may have been diagnosed previously, yet are still struggling with Executive Function skills. You do not have a clinical diagnosis of anxiety or depression. You have a good self-concept, self-awareness, and good relationships with others.
