Meet Helen Tracey, MEd, LCPC, NCC (She/Her)

Helen is warm, empathetic and caring. She has several years of clinical experience helping individuals navigate through life’s challenges. Helen uses a conversational approach, helping clients to narrate their stories in a safe space. Helen’s ultimate goal is to empower clients to radically accept themselves.

Helen’s ideal client may be struggling with issues related to ADHD, emerging adulthood, identity, relationships, life transitions and career concerns that have kept them stuck. They may have anxiety and/or depression which negatively impacts the relationship with themselves and others but are wanting to feel more empowered in life. She supports individuals seeking to improve and deepen the quality of the relationship to self and others.

Helen utilizes evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, CBT for ADHD, Motivational Interviewing and Mindfulness in her work with individuals.

Helen holds clinical licensure in the state of Maryland. She has worked with children, adolescents and adults in a variety of settings. Helen provides individual, family and couples therapeutic services. She also specializes in providing executive function supportive services to individuals with ADHD. She primarily works with adolescents and adults.
